Issue about the parameters initlization.

Hi~ Thanks for your this great work for segmentaion in medical imaging analysis community.

About the network parameters initlization, I found you just initialize "self.pos_embed" explicitly.
Will there be some problems in results if we don't initialize other parameters explicitly, like parameters in attention block, etc.?

And the initlization of the network is also a puzzle in my mind -_-|||
