I'm not sure, but maybe it's related to this issue - AdguardTeam/AdguardForMac#862
Does it happen on other websites as well?

By the way, for test purposes could you please try to add this rule to user filter:
v2ex.com##body
This rule should cause that website will be empty. If it will not work then probably filtering doesn't work for some reason.
