Dark theme for the installer application

Понимаю в программе, но в установщике зачем? Тем более как её там отключать? Никак.

@zzebrum @Aydinv13 @ameshkov still don't want to add dark theme support to the installer, given that you're actively improving dark theme support across the app? It would be enough to install the installer theme, depending on the system theme.
