I don't see requests from this app in the filtering log, only in Fiddler(process name - web32)

I have just opened the Bandizip, but the ad box still exists. Can you please help me erase even its box as well? I attached a screenshot of the problem.

Сбросили: настройки по умолчанию, при включении DNS-фильтрации баннер начинает блокироваться правилами.

   Options → Settings (F5) → Advanced → Show 'Start Screen' when Bandizip starts

   No. There is no filtering log notification when an ad box appears. I attached the filtering log zip file for your information.

@mickeyseo these aren't exactly the logs from Filtering log, so I updated your comment in order to preserve privacy. You should open Settings- Ad Blocker- Filtering log and wait until it happens again. Click here after you see an ad. By the way, could you please check if the problem exists on the latest release 7.7.2?

На Comss отписали, что в Bandizip ничего не поменялось, там всё тот же баннер с непрогрузившейся рекламой в нём.

Баннер - часть программы, его нельзя убрать средствами фильтрации. Мы сделали, чтобы там не было самой рекламы, и это происходило без дополнительных настроек списка фильтруемых приложений.
