  1. Update any huge filter subscription (e.g. Base filter)
  2. Scroll to the end in the filter editor
  3. "Ragged" filter instead of completed one

Seems, that described behavior can be observable only when using AdGuard along with AdGuardVPN, i.e. we have a compatibility issue. As a temporarily solution - filters can be updated without AdGuardVPN enabled
