Which encrypted DNS? I'm using Cloudflare DOT on my end and it starts just fine. I'm just curious,that's all 😉

@dnmTX, in fact this issue affects a minor parts of users (a bunch of conditions must be passed simultaneously), but it's a problem nevertheless.
