Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Craving explore browser
2. Turn on AdGuard protection
3. Go to any website in Craving explore
4. Check if the certificate is valid on the website (Adguard Personal CA)

Expected result:
After installing Craving explore browser it have to be appeared in the "List of filtered applications"
Any site should be filtered if Adguard protection is enabled

Actual result:
AdGuard doesn't filter Craving explore browser
