I can't Log-in with active AdGuard for Windows. When press Anmelden (and some captcha), it still stay on that page.
I have disabled Adblock module, privacy module, extension module, but still no success. I need to disable AdGuard entirely to process.

Reproduced when all modules disabled, except Ad Blocker. All filters disabled.
@@||sony.de$document or / @@||sony.de$content does not help, only disabling Ad Blocker.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://www.sony.de/mysony/login?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sony.de%2F
  2. Try to login (I can provide an account)
  3. Solve captcha

Expected behavior
Redirect to the next page with the password form
https://my.account.sony.com/sonyacct/signin/?client_id=

Actual behavior
No redirect to the next page.

Why a major browsing related bug has that low priority and is even delayed, did not get into 7.17.0 and even 7.18.0 and is rescheduled for CoreLibs 1.16?

Here is another one: AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#182643

I had to uninstall AdGuard from familys computer due to this and I feel nervous to reinstall it when Firefox has such low priority for you.

@Morku That's about compatibility with some DDoS protection services. They see that User-Agent does not match TLS fingerprint, and block access. It is not high priority since we're not the side that's blocking, and there is relatively little amount of sites that uses such DDoS protection services that does not allow user to challenge the block.

@sfionov
Thank you for the quick detail, but it sounds like there is no solution in near future? How it comes that Chromium is not affected?

It's sad, because especially "deutschepost.de" is THE source for buying postial stamps for letters and package in Germany online. And Firefox is in Germany still a famous browser.
I hope you will find a solution.

@Morku AdGuard's TLS fingerprint identical to Chrome's because they share the same BoringSSL crypto library. Firefox uses NSS crypto library which has a lot of differences in ClientHello packet, and it is not possible to mimic it without heavy patching.
