Original issue here AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#134357.
The problem is when you turn on 5 content blockers with AdGuard filters, the rules below from the AdGuard Turkish filter does not apply to the site. We have them in the optimized filter and I don't see any exceptions for the site.
They will work fine if you add them to the User rules.

akakce.com#$#.topBanner { top: -50px !important; }
akakce.com#$#body > div[class^="sfv_"] > div[id] { top: 0 !important; }

Mosty, you can reproduce it on AdGuard for iOS, but sometimes AdGuard for Safari has the same.
There is no problem on other extensions like AdGuard for Chrome or desktop apps.
