Describe the bug
Right now, if you download PlayFabBuddy and forget to configure it the tool will crash. Instead, it would be good to walk through the setup config dialog instead or give users better feedback.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download a PlayFabBuddy Release
  2. Execute any command on PlayFabBuddy without creating a settings.json

Expected behavior
I would like to get the setup command instead or some introduction on how to fix this exception.
