Currently the network has 68 blocks per round, but currently the network has 73 collators, equivalent to 73 collators need to compete for blocks, there are 7% of lost blocks, but due to slash 1 hour 4 blocks did not come out, will be slashed, do we need to extend the slash rule to 2 hours?https://docs.astar.network/docs/nodes/collator/learn/#slash-mechanism

3949764 - 3949696 = 68 block per round

Currently the network has 73 collators

There will be about 7% probability of losing blocks, and the slash mechanism 1 hour, there will be some collator if unlucky, will be in the 7% probability of losing blocks, 1 hour lost production blocks, will be very unlucky to be slashed.
