Multiple datasets for a line graph

I've got a data table, and I want to make a line graph where the x-axis data is the date (column 1) and the y-axis data is a number (column 4). I want each label (column 3) to represent a separate data set (i.e. a separate line). I'll generate new sets of this data daily to display a historical activity log. I can't seem to structure the data so that multiple lines are created, any suggestions? I'm open to restructuring the table if that helps.
