When I run post -x html on family letters, I got some files that have the &nbsp; encoded. This happens specifically when there's an hr, which I have in cdrh.xsl to be <span class="hr">&#160;</span> When I run these in oxygen, however, I am not getting nbsp's

Steps to investigate:

  • try running saxon itself from the command line and see if you get the same file output
    • if so, test to see if it is version related

I would like to combine this with a broader investigation into html generation
