Dear Ms. Bylinskaya,

I am sincerely interested in the possibility of joining your company as a trainee tester (link to the vacancy). Your company is a good place for me to grow and develop in the field of product testing. I am ready to put all my efforts and diligence into achieving your goals.

Despite the lack of extensive experience, I am aware of the importance of the role of a tester in the software development process. My academic background at ITMO University in the field of information technology, computer networks, Windows administration allow me to quickly adapt to new tasks and ensure high quality in my work. Moreover, I have been participating in the VK Testers program for several years, making reports on bugs in the system, improving the user experience with the service.

I want to note that I also have soft skills that I am constantly developing. Among them are teamwork, time management and communication skills. Moreover, I have determination and conscientiousness when performing tasks, which I consider a valuable skill when working with my colleagues.

In conclusion, I persistently strive to improve my testing skills, and I am ready to learn by working under the guidance of an experienced mentor. I am sure that I can make a valuable contribution to your project and help you achieve your goals.

I look forward to discussing my candidacy and learning more about your company. Thank you for your attention to my application and I hope for a positive response.

Sincerely,

Vera Kasianenko

The Evolution of Communication in Russia: Progress or not?

Over the past three decades, Russia has experienced a remarkable transformation in many aspects of life, and communication is no exception. As the world hurtles into the digital age, it's crucial to examine how these changes have impacted the country. Are these changes in communication methods due to technology useful or are they associated with their share of disadvantages?

Not long ago, communication in Russia was marked by limited access to telephones, especially in rural areas. People relied heavily on letters and face-to-face conversations to connect with loved ones or conduct business. Previously, postal services played a key role, and sending letters was the norm. The older generation fondly remembers the tactile joy of receiving letters, postcards and photos from distant relatives.

The advent of the internet and mobile technology has revolutionized communication in Russia. Today, almost everyone has a smartphone and internet access, enabling instant connectivity with anyone and anywhere. Social media platforms and messaging apps have become primary means of communication, reducing the need for traditional letters. However, concerns about online privacy and data security have arisen, leaving many wary of the potential negative consequences.

In conclusion, it should be noted that the evolution of communications in Russia has undoubtedly led to numerous positive changes. However, it is important to ensure that the nation does not lose its appreciation for the traditional forms of communication with loved ones, which I personally appreciate. I used to often send handwritten letters and postcards to keep in touch with my close friends and family, but now it's enough for me to send a message over the Internet. The key is to use technology while continuing to appreciate the timeless beauty of these personal and soulful forms of communication.
