解决办法：手动重启Explorer即可解决。

无法重现此问题，另外远程用户电脑时发现手动从任务管理器启动也一样错误此问题。最后复制出一个一模一样的特权的进程也一样问题，除了夫进程不同。很可能是系统本身bug或者软件注入所致。暂时关闭此问题，等以后正式版再说

重新打开iciwenti，16299已经证实存在此问题
