Improved outreach contact page via website and other online portals.

We are getting external stakeholders for C&G who want to find out how to reach out to the group to learn more, but are finding insufficient methods to communicate to the team. We want a place where this intake can be received conveniently in one place and be managed by the team to sort communication efforts and better organize how to respond to these individuals.
Describe the solution you'd like
We have considered and want to implement a way to have the contact outreach page connect to a database where we can record the outreach, and this database will be used to take in contact through other means on social media or through a QR code. In this way, we can have individuals who are interested in connecting with us use these different mediums to put in their information for contact that will all deposit into the same database where our team can see who is reaching out to us.

We will need to investigate on the backend how this will be accounted for, but have reason to believe this should be possible with what we have as of now based on previous conversations
