Create New Chain and Node Settings in multi-node environments #120

Being able to use Create New Chain and edit Node Settings like genesis only makes sense when running a single node in cakeshop. If you are connected to any other nodes, then doing any of these actions will disconnect you from that network and start a new chain with only the cakeshop node.

Need to think about how this should work and look in the ui.
