vkBasalt doesn't compile (ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed.) #213

I am using Arch linux, and whenever I try to compile, I get the error ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed.
I have no idea what is causing it, it also seems that nobody has the same problem as me either. Any help is appreciated.
Here is the log file (it weighs over 1 megabyte so I couldn't just paste it): log.txt
