RC522

Hi,

I tried integrating RC522. I see below issue..

Try to open device /dev/spidev0.0
Device opened
Device Number:3
SPI mode [OK]
SPI word bits[OK]
SPI max speed[OK]
Failed to initialize: Success

On debugging I see read register failed. Does that mean RC522 not working ?.

Hi,

Yes, that means Pi failed to communicate with RC522.

Maybe there's something wrong with the wiring.
