It seems that a personal access token from kayman-mk is used to approve the Renovate PRs. Better use our technical user for that.

New token generated for the technical user. Reminder added to our Bot to regenerate the token in a year. Infrastructure re-applied to activate the token.

Will check in a day if everything is working.
