Not all examples work in Windows #335

In the documentation, several of the examples don't work on Windows workstations. Sometimes it's as simple as substituting "dir" for "cd". But other times translating the command is more difficult. For example, the sample command to test the CICS plug-in invokes grep, which doesn't exist on Windows, resulting in an error message. Perhaps show the generic version of the command and then offer options for filtering on Linux/Mac or Windows.
