The plug-in should be named in a way that complies with the Linux Foundation's trademark usage policy: https://www.linuxfoundation.org/legal/trademark-usage

Specifically, the format for the name should be:
<your product name> for <The Linux Foundation mark>

Therefore, I would suggest updating the name in the README (displayed on npmjs) to something like "CICS Deploy for Zowe CLI", and updating the conformance information to reflect the new name.
