InnovAnon, Inc., Custom Licensing Agreement

This software is proprietary and confidential to InnovAnon, Inc., and is not freely distributable. However, designated entities, including clients and employers, are granted specific permissions to use, modify, deploy, and redistribute the code without encumbrances, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Designated entities are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use, modify, and deploy the software for their internal business purposes.

  2. Designated entities are permitted to redistribute the software to third parties without encumbrances, provided that the original copyright notice and this licensing agreement are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

  3. Any modified versions of the software must be clearly distinguished from the original software and include a notice indicating the modifications made.

  4. This custom licensing agreement does not grant permission for the general public to use, modify, or distribute the software.

  5. InnovAnon, Inc., retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and proprietary interests in the software.

By using, modifying, deploying, or redistributing the software, designated entities acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this custom licensing agreement.
