could not install it onto MacOSX Monterey, M1 chipset MacbookPro...

Having the same issue with 2.3.4. It seems like the only prebuilt binaries are Darwin releases for node-webkit and electron, and is corrected in v2.3.4-1, which is in pre-release.

could you paste the full log please?

I have identified the error with the prebuilt binaries, will fix it tonight. But it should be able to compile from source correctly. Could be related to #296

I have the same issue now. Is there anything more you need to resolve this?

This is the error I am seeing with installing via yarn. Also tried NPM

I have published prebuilt binaries for macOS, could you check if it is working now?
