Help I get a strange Error!

Hello

After configuring the code to what I need Running the code gives me the following error in the Bot Manager

"Configuration file does not exist or is corrupt. Please rename "settings-template.json" and modify the settings to match your enviroment"

Even when I had found the settings template I was unable to get this to work.
