What do I replace hash with?

Hi
I am getting error code 404 when I try to watch my webcam on a browser video player.
I am unsure what to replace hash with in this link, and I think is the cause of the error and have tried replacing it several times.
http://localhost:8001/videos//playlist.m3u8

You have to view in the folder /videos what hash have generated for this session, and use this hash in the
URL.
