Mark parts deprecated/promoted if the relevant extension has been deprecated/promoted #1388

Opening https://khronos.org/registry/vulkan/specs/1.2-extensions/man/html/vkDebugMarkerSetObjectNameEXT.html has no indication that this extension was deprecated, or that it was superseded by Debug Utils (perhaps a taller order). The relevant chapter (42.2) also makes no mention of this.

I think at least indicating the status of the extension would be helpful, as much context is lost (and the standalone pages can easily be found by search engines).

The extension status is indicated in the appendix (https://www.khronos.org/registry/vulkan/specs/1.2-extensions/html/chap48.html#VK_EXT_debug_marker / https://khronos.org/registry/vulkan/specs/1.2-extensions/man/html/VK_EXT_debug_marker.html), but it's true that the individual APIs within the extension don't include this information. It would be simplest to give a backlink from the API reference page to the extension reference page in the "See Also" section as a way to find such information.
