WHAT:

Update the metric doc for the following pieces:

  1. Update old repo link to point to new repo link in any docs pages
  2. Copy the metrics.md file over to new repo
  3. Add docs about the new metrics
    -- Update metrics.md
    -- Update existing docs pages if needed
