Describe the bug
Mission: ISS starts and runs in the headset. After an inconsistent amount of time, typically less than two minutes, the picture seizes and an error message is displayed on the desktop. The error message references a log generated in a date-named folder in the Mission: ISS program folder. Dismissing the error message closes Mission: ISS.

To Reproduce
Start Mission: ISS and play normally.

Expected behavior
The game does not crash.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • App: Mission: ISS
  • OS: Win 10
  • Headset: Valve Index

Versions (please complete the following information):

  • Revive: 3.2.0
  • SteamVR: 2.6.2 (Build: 14523237)

Additional context
No specific in-game trigger has been identified. The crash sometimes occurs during the opening, sometimes during gameplay.
The error.log file begins with:

LibReviveXR64.dll caused an Integer Divide by Zero (0xc0000094)
  in module LibReviveXR64.dll at 0033:de80a5c9.

Update: It appears that uninstalling and re-installing Revive fixed the problem. The intro cinematic is now rendered as if through a black window for some reason, but otherwise everything seems normal.
I believe this had happened once before; that is: crashing, then I updated Revive and it worked. However, that time it worked for only a few sessions before starting to crash again. It seems that when it's going to crash, the intro logos and control tutorial image are rendered upside down.
