RNAseq datasets unavailable

Good afternoon,
I am using recount3 for downloading datasets from several studies, but four I am interested in are not available.

The four are:

SRP226115
SRP237545
SRP238911
SRP103842

I see they are not available through your “recount3 study explorer”.
Would it be possible to make them available, since they are all from RNAseq studies?

Hi Daniele,

Thank you for your interest in recount3! These four datasets were most likely published after we ran recount-pump. We do have plans to update recount3 but it'll take a while. I'll keep the issue open and add more information on the recount3 update whenever I have it.

Note though that you could also run the recount-pump yourself on these 4 studies. This is likely the fastest solution if you want to have the data for these studies available to you.

Also big-time interested in this. It'd also be nice to be able to pull the date from the last recount3 data update so that it's more clear what should be included or not.
