[Bug] LESforMacOS abruptly exits on macOS Monterey

Hello.
LES seems a great Ableton time saver. Bravo !
I download it, install, it, with all the permissions and it appear on my menu bar.

But nothing happen (even disappear form the menu and an hammerspoon window appear).
I read your FAQ, I check the Conf menu on LES : nothing wired to me - but I’m just a musician ;-).

Any Idea ?
Once Installed, do i have to do something ?

I use a Live 11 last version, MBPro 12.6.2 (Monterey) and my keyboard is in French.

Currently released versions of LESforMacOS are known to be problematic on newer macOS releases, please see v1.3.4.beta.2 (discussions) for a link to the latest beta and reply on that thread if you experience any problems with it.

Hello, i switched to Mac from windows about 4 months ago. I had also accessibility permission issues but after deleting /.les/ folder and giving permission through rosetta, Les started working. but right clicking doesn’t open menu. I have no coding experience but after opening les with console i saw “live is not in window focus” error. I don’t encounter “applescript sleep failed to execute properly” error like the others in GitHub, Im able to open menu with cmd+shift+H.

I have tried latest stable and both beta versions. I use M1 Pro mbp 14 with latest Ableton release.

@saldirganbehlul We've isolated a problem with misidentification of the active Live window and the fix for it is available in v1.3.4.beta.3 (discussion). Please try it and let us know if the problem still persists.

@jfibi We've discussed the bug internally and have refined our jumpstart script upgrade logic in the latest beta. Do try it out and let us know if the problem still persists.
