Private does not seem to be private

As admin I can see all posts, even the ones marked with private.
I think this should be changed so that no one can see my private posts ever.

As mentioned in the user form, admin users can see all users posts

Could you privide us with a config switch to turn off any admin access to private posts? I think some of the users would really appreciate this small change.
