Bug with Swarm "Hover" ability

Currently File: TooManyOrigins-0.9.2+1.18.2-forge.jar

Problem:

While testing the Swarm origin in survival mode, i can use the "Hover" ability indefinitely. Its like being in creative mode but without being able to fly up.

I dont know if this feature is intended or not or if a need to change the mod config to add something like a cooldown.

Strange. It shouldn't be like that in this version, and this isn't a misunderstanding with the rework because that doesn't exist for 1.18.2.
