Scenario:
App has bot chat and static tab
Bot sends adaptive card with Action.OpenUrl button that links to the static tab (url: https://teams.microsoft.com/l/entity/"+MicrosoftAppId+"/tab")
User clicks button, Teams opens the tab in "full screen" (hides the chat list)
User clicks the "Chat" tab on top and the chat becomes covered in a "this app can not be reached message"
DevTools shows a JSON parser error message
Both Mac and Windows desktop clients are affected, web is working fine
