[BUG] ProcExp64 v17.5.0.0 almost always displays 'Resume' option in own context menu after selecting a process instead of expected 'Suspend' option

ProcExp64 v17.5.0.0 almost always displays 'Resume' option in own context menu instead of expected 'Suspend' option after selecting a process and right clicking on it with mouse on Windows 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate.
Last ProcExp64 version that on same OS was instead verified to correctly always display 'Suspend' after own context menu is opened after selecting a process and right clicking on it with mouse was v16.43.0.0.
