Messages from Discord into Minecraft parse as Markdown instead of a normal string

Expected behavior: When parsing discord messages into Minecraft, a phrase/username with underscores (e.x. 2_Z_Zach) shouldn't parse as markdown

Actual behavior: In the above example, Minecraft renders the name as 2ZZach (with the Z italicized). I am somewhat familiar with JSON but I'm not completely familiar with how I could disable markdown formatting

Steps to reproduce: Have a discord nickname with underscores and try sending a message into a server, or try and send a message with underscores in it

Sure, here's a screenshot of a discord message with my username (that contains underscores) and my name in game in the message. You can see that the first "Z" in my name is italicized.
