Expected behavior

No spam should be in the console and the server should start normally.

Actual behavior

It spams my console with the same error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Stop the server.
2. Start the server.
3. Stop the server.
4. Fill out config file with bot token ID and channel ID.
5. Turn server on.
6. Watch the spam.

This same issue happened on a Spigot plugin I used called DiscordSRV and the author says it was due to a Discord update regarding rates, but that plugin has since been fixed so I'm certain that this can be, too. Despite the spam, the mod does send "Server Starting..." to the channel listed in the config, but it never completely boots to where it says the server started. When I stop the server, I have to kill it due to the spam. It stalls when you try to stop it normally.
