[Feature Request][Validator] support rotate account.key

If account.key was supposed compromised, at present there's no way to rotate it.
I think this feature is needed for all validators, and i heard that there's a dev plan, so may i ask how is the progress, when will it be released?

i want to rotate account.key to stay safe, and i think many validator operators need this as well.
could sui team raise the priority of this feature?

1. is there other way i could rotate my account.key without this feature supported currently?
2. does the account.key support multi-sign account?
