[FEA] Qualification tool UI cosmetics

Following up on #5176 (with its PR #5470) , this issue lists all the remaining UI cosmetic requests.

Suggestions made by @mattahrens

• RAPIDS Candidates (top box): put number right below the text to align with other top boxes; can leave % + text at bottom
• GPU Opportunity (top box): add some designation related to task hours so it's clear that the units aren't wall clock durations; otherwise, it may be confusing that total in this box don't add up totals of the app metrics displayed in the dropdown
• GPU Opportunity top box: can you sum up total durations and supported durations in wall clock (not task duration)? Unless I'm misinterpreting it

New issues raised from #5550:

• found that the GPUSaveTime is not correctly rendered, and needs to be updated.
• Cleanup the UI code: UI went through lots of experimental phases. Some code is not needed anymore. Also, review fieldnames
• Add more details to the raw.html in order to be used as full detailed page.
