Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Follow up to #5111. This PR adds the same AnsiIntervalType cast to Integral types in Spark 3.4+. Need to confirm functionality implemented in #5353 works in Spark 3.4+ given update to using abstract class AnsiIntervalType instead of DayTimeIntervalType and YearMonthIntervalType.
