Wrong module name in the README #1

The usage instructions in the README refer to the module name as mc_remapper, which is invalid. The correct module name is minecraft_remapper.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the module using pip install minecraft-remapper
  2. Try running it with python -m mc_remapper
  3. Become frustrated and spend 15 minutes trying to find out why python can't find the module
  4. Discover that the actual module name is minecraft_remapper
