[Problem] Sketcher crashes when dimensioning off of external geometry

Problem description

in part design, or directly in sketcher
create a sketch, create a line, close sketch
create another sketch on the same plane, pick external geometry select the line.
Using the dimension tool select one point

I upgraded to macOS 14.4 and I cannot reproduce the issue anymore.
