Be specific about where a survey will appear in the OBA UI

User story

As a transit agency employee,
I want to clearly understand where my surveys will appear,
so that I can be confident that I am getting the data I want

Acceptance criteria

The right settings sidebar on the surveys#show page should show more information about when and where this survey will appear. Some of this could be static information—e.g. about whether a user will see the same survey on every stop, and some can be dynamic.
