Better criteria visualization

My request is not really a problem, but a possibility for improving visual resources.

Describe the solution you'd like
I am configuring monitoring criteria for a server.
On this server, I want to monitor the following:
Disks = % usage, such as 70, 80, 90 and 95%, I need to monitor /, also /home and others.
RAM = % usage, such as 70, 80, 90 and 95% usage
CPU = same as above.
When we add all the necessary elements, the criteria page becomes quite large, which ends up making navigation difficult.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A possible improvement would be to create clickable elements (criteria), each criterion being an independent option (visually speaking).... I believe that this way the screen would be cleaner.
