"Wait/Pause" component for workflows

Create a component to add in workflows with the option to wait the execution of the workflow X seconds/minutes/hours

Additional context
This feature depends on the implementation of the workflows functionality, and should be taken in account the "timeout" of the complete execution for the workflow(if exists). This timeout, if possible, should be configured by workflow.
