Docs: Decide what to do for our images

Prerequisites

• I have searched for duplicate or closed feature requests
• I have read the contributing guidelines

Proposal

Remove, use the unused images inside Boosted.

For instance:

• logo-rule-* -> remove (done in Docs: Remove unused logo-rule-* files #1635)
• removed examples' images -> remove (done in fix(examples): remove unused thumbnail images #1597)
• orange-logo inside site/static/docs/5.2/assets/img/ -> remove
• svgs inside site/layouts/partials/icons -> Orange license ? remove ? (done in Docs: remove unused icons in site/layouts/partials/icons** #1637)
• Add the title bar illustrations -> Orange license ?
• See about nuget folder -> Orange license ?

Motivation and context

Reduce the number of files or protect them under Orange license.
