'all posts' does not look clickable

Intentional! There is a big archive button at the top menu bar. If you hover over "all posts", cursor shape changes which is universal on all browsers to the best of my knowledge.

In that case, why bother including it? If it's not clear to someone what it's for, it will just look like clutter. It may also be confusing... 'does this mean this page has all the (titles of) posts in this site'?

In your case Recent Posts is right on the top of the page. But if user has added About me section then Recent Posts section will be below the fold. So "Archives button may be hidden.

As for the confusion, that's exactly why all posts color is light gray and it is in small case; to make it unobtrusive. I am willing to get back to this issue if more users report it.
