Improve "First Input Delay"

Hello 👋

When the user clicks the remove button in the cart page, a spinner should be displayed to indicate that the action is being handled

Over the years, I've seen many shops that have slow fetch responses so the user remains without any feedback for several seconds and may even click multiple times (I know I did)

This should also apply to other buttons that trigger a potentially slow fetch request
