In #6469 we observed a CI failure owing to a "new" version of msgfmt that "expands" macro-templated messages like %"PRId64" that change by platform.

I still don't fully understand why the GHA fails, but for now I want to unblock the new .po translations being submitted by deactivating the GHA.
