Hindi translations of data.table

This issue is to co-ordinate the Hindi translations of the R and C messages in data.table. Each person has got a different number of files - because I tried to divide based on the file size. If someone has received fewer number of files, then those files are of larger size (with more messages) and vice versa.

• @amansingh1011: Please work on the branch hindi_a. I have opened a PR# Files to be translated to Hindi (Group 1) #6568 and included all files in it that you need to translate.
• @Nj221102: Please work on the branch hindi_n. I have opened a PR# Files to be translated to Hindi (Group 3) #6570 and included all files in it that you need to translate.
• @jyoti-bhogal: Please work on the branch hindi_j. I have opened a PR# Files to be translated to Hindi (Group 4) #6571 and included all files in it that you need to translate.
• @SaranjeetKaur: I will work on the branch hindi_s. I have opened a PR# Files to be translated to Hindi (Group 2) #6569 and included all files in it that I need to translate.

Please note that there are a couples of files where I faced issue when using the split.R script to split them, namely, IDateTime.R and idatetime.c so I used trycatch() to skip and log the error from these files. The error_log.txt file has the log of the error message. Please DO NOT translate or edit the error_log.txt file in your PRs, it is there only for your awareness. We will eventually fix this issue.

You can work on your respective PRs and once your PR is ready, please request review from the other 3 people.

Once all the PRs are reviewed and approved, we will figure out how to combine them all + check the combined file before merging it into the appropriate directory in main. The current 4 PRs are NOT TO BE MERGED, they are made so that it is easier to work collaboratively on different set of files.
